Making Hotel Reservations

It is important that individuals make their reservation by telephone in order to gain access to the NAKPEHE group rate.

To make a reservation, call the hotel reservation's office directly at 1-800 - WESTIN - 1 or 1 - 619 - 239 - 2200.

Indicate that you are making reservations for the 2006 NAKPEHE conference. The NAKPEHE group rates are in effect from January 1, 2006 - January 11, 2006.

We have been provided a block of rooms at the following nightly rates:
o $139.00 single or double
o $169.00 triple
o $179.00 quad

You MUST make your reservation by December 5, 2005. After December 5th, the room block will be released and room availability and rates will not be guaranteed.

Hotel Parking Information - Valet

Current Valet Parking Rates for NAKPEHE conference attendees are as follows:

Overnight Guests $20.00 per day (in and out privileges)

The valet parking rate is subject to change without prior notice.
There are NO self-parking options at the Westin Horton Plaza.

Ground Transportation Information - from San Diego Airport

As many of you know, NAKPEHE was originally scheduled to take place at the Historic US Grant Hotel. That hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation and will not be open in time for the NAKPEHE Conference. As such, the US Grant has agreed to provide complimentary shuttle service to the first 75 people who pre-register for the conference and need transportation from San Diego Airport to the Westin Horton Plaza.

The conference planner (Camille O'Bryant) will provide additional information upon receipt of a completed conference registration form and payment of conference fees.
