The committee reviewed the current bylaws and recommended changes which were approved by the Board and have been submitted to the membership for ratification via a vote at the January 2005 Business Meeting.

Suggestions for Future Plans Related to this Office/Committee

The committee needs to review the operating codes for each office within the Association and make change/revision recommendations to the Board.
